It’s rebuilding for me

How’s your year going so far? I'm in a rebuilding phase of life and rolling up my sleeves to build two businesses in 2023. It's lot of grinding, learning, and pivoting!

The challenge ahead

My biggest challenge is to find a narrow set of buyers. I've always been a volume player but now it's a qualitative approach. I've been successful in multiple roles hired to establish a new division or prove the concept of a new product in market so I only expect the same success in time.

Clarify your plan

It’s been a lifesaver to have a 12 month revenue map and tapping into my skills of being an expert course corrector if things don’t go my way.

Learn in sets and stages

I've been market testing buyer outreach to potential targets in sets which helps you learn in stages. After all, why scale before you have learned what your market needs or wants and what season? Take the time to test and learn before you go big. Just food for thought as I rebuild and grow in 2023.
