Inexperienced interns may limit your social media impact
Inexperienced interns may limit your social media impact
A lack of social media impact is the worst.
Solopreneurs work hard to cover multiple roles and make choices about where to invest their limited resources.
They figure social media can be handled by an inexperienced intern to cover it and save on costs.
Eventually, this leads to a lack of social media impact due to a lack of business qualifications.
Here's what I see:
Some solopreneurs will spend thousands in other media, new products, or more overhead.
Rather than investing in social media which is often the first impression to your audience to make or break the sales funnel.
The solopreneur loses the opportunity for cumulative social media impact. But still leaves the inexperienced intern in place with fewer business qualifications.
I've found that to be quite interesting. Especially since there are eyeballs possibly observing the same thing.
Socialistics reports that a majority of the companies surveyed spent between 11% and 50% of their total marketing budget on social media marketing last year.
I hope more solopreneurs consider these factors. Because social media budgets should be larger.
Stop holding back your social media impact.
